Key Responsibilities:
- Administer internal control processes for HR operations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
- Coordinate Payroll Accuracy Reporting and Vendor KPI reporting, providing timely and accurate insights.
- Prepare overviews and status updates on recurring access audits, compliance reviews, and vendor management initiatives.
- Deliver training to Managers and Team Leaders on compliance and controls, ensuring a culture of excellence.
- Collect and analyze data to support internal and external audits, adhering to established processes.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to keep HR Operations Teams informed and prepared.
- Maintain vendor issue logs and PO/Invoice trackers for timely vendor payments.
- Support the gathering of data and preparation of overviews on best practices in the payroll space.
- Collaborate with the team to run root cause analyses, identifying opportunities for ongoing improvement.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR Compliance, particularly in the payroll space.
- Excellent administration skills and a well-organized mindset.
- Enthusiasm and drive to progress in your career.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships.
- European language skills a bonus, given the international nature of the role.
