Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master to join our Project Management Office team in Marbella, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery and meeting business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Facilitate Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project delivery.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- 7+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in JIRA and other project management tools.
