Job Title: Senior IT Operations Project Manager, Málaga

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager Scrum Master to join our Project Management Office based in Marbella, Spain. This role will focus on delivering web-based financial products that align with our business vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Working closely with product owners and development teams to define the minimal viable product, refine the product backlog, and ensure on-time, on-budget project completion
  • Risk management, mentoring team members, and fostering a collaborative environment to promote innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment with a thorough understanding of software development processes
  • Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent experience in Agile methodologies
  • Expertise in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and resource management software
  • Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and compliance requirements like GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Experience working in multi-cultural teams, comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • European Union legal working status is required
