Senior IT Operations Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Operations Project Manager to join our team in Marbella, Spain. As a key member of our Project Management Office, you will be responsible for delivering web-based financial products that align with our business vision.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, with experience in Scrum Master roles. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple small-to-medium scale projects, from initiation to deployment, and will work closely with product owners and development teams to define the minimal viable product and refine the product backlog.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Work closely with product owners and development teams to define the minimal viable product and refine the product backlog
  • Oversee multiple small-to-medium scale projects through their entire lifecycle
  • Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment to promote innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent experience in Agile methodologies
  • Expertise in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and resource management software
  • Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and compliance requirements like GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS
