This is a unique opportunity to work with Oracle, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, as a Netsuite Consulting Solution Principal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for partnering with our Product Sales and Pre-Sales teams to validate customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and prioritize Professional Services opportunities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Work with Practice Vertical Leads, Practice Directors, and Practice Managers to determine the best approach to Professional Service offerings based on customer and scope requirements.
- Create value propositions and develop cost estimates for consulting efforts to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations.
- Maintain Professional Services Engagement Record updates within our internal sales force automation system to manage and prioritize sales opportunities.
- Develop, deliver, and sell high-impact Professional Services Value Propositions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in developing strategic sales approaches for prospective customers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Perform knowledge transfer to the delivery team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Assist clients with mapping their budget and priorities to the scope and deployment strategy to ensure successful project outcomes.
- 3+ years of experience in systems applications consultancy with a consulting firm or software provider.
- ERP platform solution experience, with a focus on implementation lifecycle.
- Strong customer relationship acumen and experienced consulting skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable experience in translating customer business requirements into workable world-class business solutions.
- Services Delivery Cost Estimation and Statement of Work (SOW) preparation and presentation experience is a plus.
- Full cycle implementation experience of CRM, ERP, and eCommerce applications is a plus.
