Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Developer to join our development team in Dublin. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and building our platform.

You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, including.Net Core, Angular, Azure, AI integration, API-first development, microservices, and composable architecture.

Our platform is built with automation and AI at its core, promoting robust performance and security upgrades, as well as best-in-class operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and build responsive UI applications that leverage backend services and state management patterns.
  2. Develop reusable UI components and work with patterns such as MFE.
  3. Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with engineers on greenfield products within ecommerce and fulfillment.
  4. Contribute to UI designs and peer reviews across teams.
  5. Work with a Product Owner and QA to ensure secure, value-added software with quality ingrained.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 6 years experience working within software engineering teams in an Agile environment.
  2. Excellence in JavaScript & Typescript and associated frameworks (Angular, React, RxJS, NgRx).
  3. Proficiency in State Management patterns such as Redux & MobX.
  4. Experience in building responsive SPAs using Angular for ecommerce is an advantage.
  5. Experience in building reusable UI components and with patterns such as MFE.
  6. Exposure to design/build of reliable applications capable of scaling to serve high volumes of traffic.
  7. Experience and knowledge of CDNs.
  8. Usage of npm & cli for Package management.
  9. Adheres to trunk-based development practices e.g. code reviews, automated test, continuous integration, continuous delivery.
  10. High attention to detail and willingness to take on complex technical challenges.
  11. Actively contribute to UI design and the code review process.
  12. Ability and willingness to mentor junior developers.
  13. Stays abreast of the latest UI technology advancements.
  14. Good communication skills.
