Join Omega CRM Consulting as a Salesforce and Veeva Systems Administrator, collaborating with a leading global pharmaceutical organization.

The role of the Salesforce and Veeva Systems Administrator is essential for the effective implementation, configuration, and management of Salesforce and Veeva Align platforms within our company. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of business operations and the capability to convert these into efficient solutions utilizing the functionalities of Salesforce and Veeva Align.

Note: This position requires working hours from 14:00 to 22:00 to align with our operations in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Configuration: You will lead the initial setup of Salesforce and Veeva Align, ensuring it meets our organizational needs. This includes developing custom fields, workflows, validation rules, and user profiles.
  • Administration and Maintenance: Regular upkeep and updates of Salesforce and Veeva Align platforms will be your responsibility. This encompasses user management, troubleshooting technical challenges, enhancing performance, and applying necessary updates.
  • Support and Training: As the primary contact for Salesforce and Veeva Align users, you will provide technical assistance and training, resolve user issues, and address inquiries regarding platform functionalities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborating with internal teams, you will identify improvement areas and optimize business processes through effective configuration and customization of Salesforce and Veeva Align. Participation in planning and implementing new features will be expected.
  • Data Management: You will ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within Salesforce and Veeva Align, overseeing data loading processes to maintain clean and complete datasets.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce and/or Veeva Align administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer management processes.
  • Technical proficiency in Salesforce and Veeva Align configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills to provide effective support and training to users.
  • Attention to detail and analytical capabilities to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience with SQL and data loading processes.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
