Job Title: Manufacturing Section Manager

Grifols is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Section Manager to join our Production area at Diagnostic Instruments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our manufacturing processes and ensuring the efficient execution of production planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Coordinate production planning and execution to meet business objectives
  • Lead process improvement projects, including training and implementation of new processes and measurement systems
  • Evaluate existing equipment and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve short- and long-term efficiency goals
  • Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively transfer and maintain processes
  • Support initiatives in other plants within the division
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Organization or Industrial or Chemical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
  • High level of English proficiency, especially in writing and comprehension
  • Proficiency in Office (Word and Excel) and SAP or similar ERP system
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and take on responsibilities with autonomy
