Job Title: Manufacturing Section Manager

Grifols is a global healthcare company that has been improving the health and well-being of people around the world since 1909. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Section Manager to join our Production area of Diagnostic Instruments.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a team in a continuous improvement culture, focusing on process optimization and efficiency.
  • Coordinate production planning and ensure its execution, including training on new processes and measurement systems.
  • Lead process improvement projects, evaluating existing equipment and processes to implement improvements in performance and ergonomics/safety.
  • Develop action plans to achieve short- and long-term efficiency goals, select new production methods, and design production fixtures and methods to monitor efficiency.
  • Follow up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain and improve performance.
  • Create and review production documents, including manufacturing guides, technology transfer reports, and process descriptions.
  • Lead technical support for risk assessments, gap analyses, deviations, change controls, and Corrective Action Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
  • Cooperate with various departments to effectively transfer and maintain processes at facilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably specialized in Industrial Organization or Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a production environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • High level of English, especially in writing and comprehension.
  • Good knowledge of Office (especially Word and Excel) and SAP or a similar ERP system.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a strong orientation towards teamwork.
  • Ability to take on tasks with responsibility and autonomy.
