As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our clients and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
- Develop deep relationships with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their financial and life priorities.
- Connect clients with solutions that meet their financial objectives.

- Builds relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.

- Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.

Requirements:

- Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.
Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Work Schedule: 1st shift (United States of America)
Hours Per Week: 40
