About the Role:

Viacces-Orca, a leading provider of OTT and TV platform solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead - Hands-On Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technical leadership, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical lead and coordinator of end-to-end solutions to be delivered to customers
  • Integrate 3rd parties' components and define functional architecture
  • Bridge the gap between functional requirements and technical components
  • Analyze customer technological environment and document requirements
  • Co-write Statement of Work (SOW) and define organic infrastructure
  • Be the privileged partner of the EPIC owner and ensure trains transversality in design, build, integration, and validation phases
  • Work closely with train system architects/lead architects and participate in solution and product design sessions
  • Conduct deployment, integration, and maintenance of Viaccess-Orca solutions in customers' environment
  • Train and support customers' staff and write engineering documents to trace/map all deployment information

Requirements:

  • System/architecture view and analysis of complex solutions
  • Cloud experience - skills in deployment of K8S multicloud (public and private cloud)
  • Helm, Terraform, CICD, system skills in VMWare virtualization, and/or OpenStack
  • Agile SAFe & DevOps
  • English, Arabic
