We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Rare Disease Manager for Spain. As a key member of our launch team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial planning, execution, and operational rollout of our rare disease assets across the Central and Northern territories.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive patient uptake and sales in your defined territory, leveraging key account management principles and an omnichannel approach.
- Collaborate closely with market access functions to ensure patients can access our therapy at the local level.
- Conduct business analyses, develop a current business plan, and contribute to the development of affiliate Rare Disease Local Launch Readiness plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, customers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
- Ensure compliance with Vifor Pharma's code of conduct and the strictest ethical, compliance, and legal standards.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in sales and commercial leadership.
- Strong scientific/medical knowledge and previous experience in rare disease or high-value specialty medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build partnerships with customers remotely.
- Entrepreneurial attitude, with a passion for rare disease and a drive for success.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
