About the Role:
Semrush is seeking an experienced HR Director to collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to drive HR operations for the Marketing Division. As a key member of the team, you will partner with the CMO to develop and implement impactful people strategies and policies that support the division's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CMO to identify and deploy strategic people initiatives that drive business results.
- Advise and represent the Marketing Division to encourage and support business goals through HR instruments.
- Identify and address talent gaps across the Marketing Division, creating a marketing job library and a path for employee progression.
- Initiate processes such as organizational development, employee relations, talent and performance management, and employee engagement.
- Set metrics of success for these processes and use data and analytics to drive business decisions within leadership teams.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
- Partner with the legal department as needed and work closely with senior-level managers to coach them on good organizational design and people management practices.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
