About the Role

Zurich 56 Company Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Architect / Tech Lead to join our Group AI team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing high-performance cloud-based data and AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to design and develop cloud-based data and AI platforms.
  • Lead and mentor technical teams to automate the build and run of the AI platform.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including vendors, to make optimal technology decisions.

Requirements

  • Technical Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, provide technical guidance.
  • Cloud: Proficient with cloud platforms – AWS and Azure.
  • Automation: Proficient with DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps, can drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience to enable security and compliance.
  • Broad technology experience including platforms, data, AI, APIs, and microservices architecture.
