Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our Accounting Team in Spain. As an Accounting Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the review and control of travel expense reports, assisting with financial accounting in different countries, and participating in daily bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the review and control of travel expense reports following Group policy
  • Assist with financial accounting in the different countries of the group
  • Participate in the daily bookkeeping
  • Manage bank reconciliations
  • Manage Accounts Payable
  • Procure digital organization of financial-related documents
  • Support senior members of the team with the weekly reporting of paid/unpaid customer invoices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Language requirements: English
  • Skills: detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
