**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Publisher Management Specialist to join our team at International People Solutions B.V. as a CPA Campaign Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing active campaigns to ensure publishers deliver the best return on investment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Hunt new publishers (CPA/SOI) and develop new campaigns and bonus structures to motivate them.
- Manage and analyze active campaigns to ensure publishers deliver the best return on investment.
- Develop and implement budget and invoice management strategies.
- Provide publisher management from A-Z, including business development and minimum requirements.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year of publisher management experience within the affiliate marketing industry.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Solid experience and understanding of mobile advertising, Everflow, and tracking technology.
- Hunter mentality and team player.
- Track record of success and a relevant book of business (VOD, nutra, sweeps).
