We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Expert to join our team at Equifax. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with prospects and customers to design and deliver best-in-class solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Equifax products and services, including data, scores, and analytical models.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Lead the preparation of professional presentations and materials to sustain a robust pipeline for new prospects.
  • Work closely with sales channels to offer Equifax solutions and drive revenue growth.
  • Act as a technical communication link between clients and internal teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor the adoption and use of solutions, collecting customer feedback to inform product development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or consulting, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of key business and risk KPIs for financial entities and risk products based on bureau data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Intermediate English language skills, both written and verbal.

What We're Looking For

  • Knowledge of decision engines, fraud and identity management, commercial bureau data, open banking, and market intelligence.
  • Understanding of the financial services industry, including market trends and competitors.
  • Experience working with credit bureau data and financial services products.
