We are seeking an exceptional Training Specialist to join our Prime Video Trust team at Amazon Digital Spain, S.L.U. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and monitoring training programs, managing training requests, and supporting the development of SOPs and training materials.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and monitor training programs utilizing various facilitation modalities, including in-person and remote sessions.
- Manage training request intake, implementation, and reporting to ensure seamless learning experiences.
- Collaborate with process subject matter experts, Learning Experience Manager, and program/policy teams to develop and improve SOPs and training materials.
- Effectively manage in-person and remote classrooms, creating engaging learning experiences that promote critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Monitor training performance and provide additional learning interventions as needed to ensure associates meet quality and performance targets.
- Support associate transition from the classroom to production, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Evaluate learning experiences and make recommendations for continuous improvement to enhance the overall learning experience.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Training Specialist who can take ownership of key training projects, contribute to innovative ideas, and provide exceptional learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate training and development, presenting to audiences, and conveying complex information in an engaging manner.
The successful candidate will have a background in instructional design or adult learning theory, with experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook is also required. Prior experience in a cross-functional and global environment, with cultural sensitivity and the ability to earn trust from all stakeholders, is highly valued.
