Sales Representative

We are Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse with a bold vision to deliver Smarter Technology for All. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Sales Representative to join our team in Motorola Spain.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing Motorola smartphone sell-out plans in the retail channel to achieve set targets and KPIs. They will develop excellent business relationships with customers to maximize Motorola sales, drive all activities related to store roll-out, sales & marketing planning, and training together with the Motorola Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and execution of Motorola smartphone sell-out plans in the retail channel
- Development of excellent business relationships with customers to maximize Motorola sales
- Driving all activities related to store roll-out, sales & marketing planning, and training
- End-to-end sales management: Sell Through and Sell Out & end-to-end inventory management and forecasting
- Weekly reports and structured analysis of the trend of smartphone market, key facts and issues from customers, and main actions from competitors
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in the Mobile/Smartphone related role & experience in managing relationships with retailers and distribution channels
- Work experience with multi-national organizations in the Consumer Products / Mobile handset sectors would be preferred
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Negotiation, presentation, and relationship selling skills
- Highly organized self-starter
- Good communication skills both verbal and written in English
