Country Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute local growth strategies to drive profitable growth and ensure product/market fit
- Collaborate with central marketing & product teams to fuel growth and execute local marketing plans
- Monitor performance and challenge the status quo to reach quarterly targets
- Build and manage relationships with new key local partners (media, influencers, affiliates, etc.)
- Own local brand OKRs and take initiatives to improve them
- Coordinate local PR execution
- Seek new growth opportunities
- Previous experience in a similar role or as a marketing manager in a B2C startup
- Good knowledge of all marketing channels, including influencers & affiliates
- Good connections within the local media & publishers ecosystem
- Previous experience working remotely & within a matrix organization
- Pro-active and results-oriented mindset, with excellent analytical skills
- Native-level language skills in the country you manage (mandatory)
- Time dedicated to learning, conferences, books, and online learning platforms for your professional development
