Job Title: In-Store & BTL Communication Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced In-Store & BTL Communication Manager to join our team at De' Longhi Appliances S.R.L. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing in-store communication strategies to drive sales and brand awareness for our leading small domestic appliances brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute in-store communication plans to create a superior in-store presence for our brands
- Design and implement point-of-sale (POS) materials, furniture, and other in-store displays to enhance the shopping experience
- Collaborate with customers to develop and update category management zones across stores, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and customer requirements
- Support sales teams in maintaining the quality and appearance of in-store materials and fixtures
- Manage in-store communication budgets, recommending spending priorities and tracking expenses
- Develop and maintain inventory of projects, materials, and furniture in stores and warehouses
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BTL materials development and/or execution in a marketing department, advertising agency, or retailer
- Excellent collaboration skills, with ability to take input and directions from brand managers
- Passion for BTL advertising, design instinct, and shopper/customer understanding
- Ability to travel across Ukraine and Moldova to visit stores (1-2 times per month)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent Ukrainian language skills
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Ability to drive
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to actions
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
