Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled In-Store & BTL Communication Manager to join our team at De' Longhi Appliances S.R.L. as a key member of our marketing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing in-store and BTL communication strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- In-Store Presence: Develop and implement in-store visual merchandising strategies to create an engaging and premium brand experience for customers.
- BTL Communication: Design and execute BTL marketing materials, including point-of-sale displays, promotional items, and event activations, to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Category Management: Collaborate with category trade marketing and sales teams to develop and implement category management strategies across customers.
- Project Management: Manage in-store communication budgets, recommend spending, and track expenses to ensure effective use of resources.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of projects, materials, and furniture in stores and warehouses, and collect information for photobank purposes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BTL materials development and/or execution in a marketing department, advertising agency, or retailer.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to take input/directions from Brand Managers.
- Passion for BTL advertising, design instinct, and shopper/customer understanding.
- Ability to travel across Ukraine and Moldova to visit stores (1-2 times per month).
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Ability to easily communicate in English, both in writing and verbally.
- Fluent Ukrainian.
- Comfortable working in an international environment.
- Ability to drive.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to actions.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Proactive, KPI-driven, results-oriented, well-organized, and keeping time commitments.
- Ability to adjust to a fast-changing business environment.
