Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute in-store communication plans, including POS, furniture, and design.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Manage in-store communication budget, including recommending spending and tracking expenses.
- Create and maintain inventory of projects, materials, and furniture in stores and warehouses.
- Collect and analyze data to inform future communication strategies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BTL materials development and/or execution.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to travel across Ukraine and Moldova to visit stores.
- Fluent Ukrainian and English language skills.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Permanent, full-time contract.
- Market-competitive salary and bonus.

- Potential to work from home up to 2 days per week.
