About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Director for our ERP Domain to lead our IT Management and IT Business Partners strategy, driving long-term functional priorities and delivering framework for systems, applications, integration, and infrastructure deployment in line with our overall business strategy, objectives, guidelines, and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand and Governance
    • Manage demand and requirements, interacting with stakeholders to ensure well-qualified requirements for build/project teams.
    • Collaborate with IT Strategy and governance for the maintenance of the function's roadmap/3-year plan.
    • Asset Lifecycle planning, ensuring all required activities and timelines are known, planned for execution, and followed through.
  • Project and Program Delivery
    • Provide leadership to program and project planning.
    • Translate roadmaps and demand to programs and projects, preparing business cases.
    • Manage and lead function's plan team.
  • People Management and Recruitment
    • Manage and lead a team of 100+ people, across internal and supplier teams.
    • Recruit and develop talent to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in leadership roles connected to ERP technologies.
  • Experience in managing organizations of 100+ people, across internal and supplier teams.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within ERP technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of the industry, business processes (supply and finance) and user needs, including current trends.
  • Oracle experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to advise/negotiate with stakeholders on fulfilling their demand with the available resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables.
  • Proven experience in ERP transformations on enterprise level.
