Key Responsibilities:- Present compelling Cloud value propositions that align with customer business objectives and IT initiatives.
- Provide technical product overviews and insights tailored to customer needs and usage scenarios.
- Enhance technical acumen by delivering innovative ideas that accelerate customer success in the cloud.
- Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations to ensure accurate projections of anticipated costs for new services.
- Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers effectively.
- Execute rapid technical feasibility assessments and develop proposals for identified customer solutions.
- Achieve a Level 300 understanding of Cloud offerings and leverage all available training resources.
- Act as the primary technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team with potential customers.
- Conduct both group and one-on-one training sessions across the center on areas of expertise.
- Meet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for net-new revenue, sales pipeline, and operational metrics.
- Continuously research and stay informed about the latest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing from both our company and competitors.
We offer a hybrid work model, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
