Supply Chain Logistics Supervisor

In Ecolab, we are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Iberia Local Logistics Team. The successful candidate will oversee and ensure the effective execution of various warehouse processes in alignment with our corporate standards.

This position encompasses both routine operational responsibilities and ongoing enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Transportation Oversight

  • Act as the primary contact with our third-party logistics providers to ensure adherence to operational protocols.
  • Conduct thorough monitoring of inbound and outbound activities, addressing any operational challenges that arise.
  • Manage and resolve discrepancies in stock levels.
  • Ensure high performance in customer delivery and handle customer returns effectively.
  • Report any safety concerns in accordance with Ecolab policies.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations is essential.

SAP Master Data Management

  • Responsible for the creation of material records at the warehouse level.
  • Maintain accurate customer logistics information.
  • Facilitate the creation of operational events within SAP.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Preferred background in logistics or planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
  • A degree in Engineering or Economics is preferred, with additional qualifications in supply chain management being highly regarded.
  • Valid Spanish driver's license (Category B).
