Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for maintaining close contact with customers to understand their product supply needs. This includes receiving monthly rolling forecasts and purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain close contact with customers to understand their product supply needs.
  • Plan production in coordination with manufacturing sites, sending orders, and monitoring compliance with deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the QA RA Manager for the release of production batches and with the customer for the dispatch of goods.
  • Prepare necessary documents for the dispatch of goods and customs formalities.
  • Request quotes from logistics operators for the transport of goods and coordinate delivery with customers.
  • In coordination with the QA RA Manager, manage clients' artwork designs until final approval and implementation.
  • Prepare and dispatch samples and documents via courier services.
  • Keep the documentation storage system up to date in accordance with the quality system.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • High level of spoken and written English.
  • Other languages will be an asset.
  • Advanced MS Office user.
  • Own vehicle.
  • Education: Studies on International Commerce, Logistics, or similar.
