Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to join our Central Logistics team for Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a continuous customer supplying process through an optimized distribution plan provided by our transport management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Adapt the distribution plan to daily constraints (sources, drivers, trailers availability) and service commitments made by Air Liquide to its customers.
- Analyze and close the loop after delivery to improve system inputs for optimized predictability.
- Understand dispatching KPIs and define daily concrete actions to improve them.
- Optimize deliveries by identifying consumption profiles of delivery points and selecting potential customers to be delivered.
- Feed the transport management system with CMI orders, taking into account the forecasting module to generate a distribution plan and organize product deliveries to internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with maintenance planning by liaising with maintenance department and carriers.
- Provide transport carriers/drivers with planned trips, including loading and unloading points and the order in which they must be reached.
- Analyze trip returns and distribution process improvements.
- Close the loop after delivery to analyze and understand exceptions.
- Update transport management system settings for future deliveries optimizations (data adjustment).
- Analyze KPIs to take corrective/preventive actions.
- Assess regularly the transport management system database and identify incoherent data and correct them (data cleaning).
- Be responsible for the dispatching workflow and continuously improve it.
- Ensure information collection from drivers and transfers.
- Participate in on-duty services according to local procedure.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain logistics and transportation management. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.
