Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). As a key member of our Supply Chain Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and effective delivery of goods and services to our projects around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front office support group related to the regular and emergencies missions' supply chain.
  • Ensure quality and consistent execution of field support and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments/units within MSF to ensure alignment of priorities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Supply Chain Referents and Mobile Support Technicians.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in management of international end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on logistics and procurement.
  • Previous experience in team management, including leading and managing senior and decentralized teams.
  • Proven experience in emergency preparedness and response.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and professional knowledge of French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong command of Excel.
