About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Global Marketing Strategy to join our team at Almirall. As a key member of our Global Marketing team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business and driving the successful launch of new products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the long-term strategic plan for the brand, including market opportunity assessment, customer insights generation, and input into the global strategy.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the market and leverage this information to inform product strategy and brand plans.
  • Contribute to financial planning and monitoring for the brand, including sales forecasts and budget monitoring.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the field of Dermatology to gain insights and support the product strategy.
Requirements
  • University degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or Economics preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, with a focus on developing marketing strategies and plans.
  • Experience in R&D or Commercial Early Asset planning preferred.
  • Expertise in Immunology (specifically in Dermatology) preferred.
  • Experience in budget preparation and management.
  • English at an excellent level is essential (proficiency).
