Data Analyst, Ad Monetization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst, Ad Monetization to join our Global Advertising team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for key initiatives that improve player experience and advertiser performance.
- Design and conduct A/B tests to optimize ad products, including building data models to set expected outcomes of experiments.
- Closely track outcomes of engineering staff to ensure timely completion of projects and prioritize resources effectively.
- Exhibit sound ad product judgment, advise on industry-standard processes, and present clear, measurable objectives to achieve business goals.
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis and advise on technical implementation of web/mobile code improvements to increase yield.
- Manage web platform ads performance and partner with our Product Development team to build innovative advertising solutions that enhance the ads user experience and engagement rate.
- Collaborate with Finance and product teams to ensure accuracy on forecasts and resolve monthly and ongoing invoicing queries.
- 2+ years of digital advertising experience, preferably on the publisher side.
- Expertise in the mobile advertising ecosystem, including different ad technology stacks and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of campaign lifecycle management, ad sales process, trafficking, QA, performance analytics/reporting.
- Detailed and clear verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical collaborators.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly master new productivity software application tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with all levels of employees.
- Ability to articulate thoughts and concepts fluidly.
- Highly proficient in SQL, with the ability to understand data structures and construct queries to extract relevant data to derive insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
- A strong understanding of statistical concepts, with experience with A/B testing a plus.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
