Outbound Sales Representative

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Sales Representative to join our team at Multilingual Jobs Worldwide. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities by prospecting, reviewing, calling, emailing, and reaching out to potential leads.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prospecting and reviewing potential leads to identify new business opportunities
- Creating and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects
- Providing excellent customer service and support to clients and prospects
- Working closely with our team to ensure success and achieve sales targets
**Requirements**
- Native level of English and/or one of the following languages: German, Czech, Romanian, Polish, or French
- Confidence on the phone and excellent communication skills
- Active listening skills and willingness to learn
- Healthy ambition to stand out and achieve goals
- University degree preferred
