About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Expert to join our Aviation team at ICF. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients across the aviation value chain to develop and implement sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sustainability projects with airlines, energy suppliers, and companies across the aviation value chain.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable practices in the aviation industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate policies, develop pragmatic sustainability strategies, and implement sustainability initiatives.
  • Support business development by promoting ICF's leading position for aviation sustainability services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Chemistry, Engineering, Climate, Sustainability, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field, with a strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
