About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Engineer to join our team in the development of AC compressors. As a key member of our product engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing compressor products that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to develop technical specifications for compressor applications
  • Develop and implement validation programs for compressor components
  • Work with global teams to establish new standards for compressor applications
  • Author technical validation reports and specifications for internal and external documentation
  • Conduct DFMEA/PFMEA processes to identify and improve validation-related issues
  • Analyze test data and present results to internal and external stakeholders
  • Apply engineering principles to develop design solutions
  • Participate in innovation, product cost, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing plants to ensure product design for high value and manufacturability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in development of precision products
  • Strong understanding of principles of statics, dynamics, mechanics of materials, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, strengths of materials, thermodynamics, physics, and engineering design
  • Experience with full product lifecycle development up to production
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic 3D modeling
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple projects
