About the Role:

As a key member of our Operations and Commercial Quality team, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and developing Galderma's Global Quality Management System. This system will ensure that our policies and procedures remain compliant with relevant government regulations, including cGMP, GDP, ISO, and Medical Devices regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system that meets regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that all personnel are properly trained and aware of their roles and responsibilities in maintaining the quality management system.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and ensure that our quality management system is compliant.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in quality management and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, ISO, and Medical Devices regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
