Job Description
We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our Design team in Spain, Portugal, or Poland. As a UX Researcher, you will work closely with Product Managers and designers to conduct research and analyze data to uncover insights and opportunities to improve our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct UX research activities, including qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as in-depth interviews, usability testing, surveys, concept tests, and workshops.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Product Designers to define research opportunities and scope of work.
- Collaborate with the UX Research team to discuss and improve research practices, processes, and activities.
- Develop and maintain a user research and insights repository.
- Empower non-researchers to be involved in UX research activities.
- Build relationships with other areas that deal with user data, such as data science and customer experience.
