About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at IE University. As a key member of our Marketing Department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our graduate programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans specifically for graduate programs, aligning with overall strategic goals.
  • Work closely with academic departments to understand the unique offerings of graduate programs and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies for graduate programs.
  • Manage the marketing budget for graduate programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and optimize value generation.
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication of program benefits and unique selling points across all marketing channels.
  • Support the successful launching of new graduate programs, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns for graduate programs, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Work with transversal marketers to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies across all programs.
  • Implement efficient working methodologies to enhance agility and deliver optimal marketing results.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing Leadership Team to ensure alignment with overall brand strategies and drive student enrollment.
  • Foster and strengthen collaborative dynamics between all commercial departments involved in the marketing and selling of graduate programs, ensuring alignment and synergy.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in higher education or a related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
