Position Overview:
As the Hub Product Quality Manager, you will operate within a Center of Excellence, engaging closely with various Hub departments including Customer Experience, Operations, and Compliance. Your mission will be to uphold a resilient and innovative product offering. As a vital member of the Spanish Hub, you will engage in cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Oversight: Responsible for ensuring optimal operational performance of products across all stations managed by the Spanish Hub (including Spain, Portugal, and Gibraltar). You will design and implement continuous improvement strategies based on analytical insights, inspections, and compliance audits.
- GDP Certification Management: Ensure the ongoing maintenance of GDP Certification within the MAD Hub Operations. You will oversee adherence to pharmaceutical product requirements and performance management protocols as dictated by the airlines operating within the MAD Hub.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong focus on quality with a proven ability to navigate organizational boundaries.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and make critical decisions swiftly.
- Demonstrated confidence and resilience, with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated, taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Experience in team management.
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with GDP Guidelines and European Commission standards regarding Good Distribution Practices for medicinal products.
Desired Experience:
- Understanding of the air cargo sector.
- Familiarity with Quality and Audit systems is advantageous.
