Key Responsibilities- Manage the accounting operations of our companies, including balance sheets, P&L statements, Capex, vendor management, intercompany reconciliations, equity, and debt.
- Oversee financial reporting and tax filings for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external firms for seamless accounting and tax closures, maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions.
- Manage bank reconciliations and invoice processing for efficient financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Ensure accurate recording of fixed assets and active participation in monthly closures, maintaining a high level of financial discipline.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and liaise with financial institutions, ensuring seamless integration with our financial systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance or related field.
- Experience performing similar duties in the accounting department of a company or in an accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish General Accounting Plan.
- Knowledge of IFRS is desirable.
- Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
