About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Application Specialist to join our team at Philips Iberica SAU. As a key member of our high-tech team, you will leverage your technical knowledge and clinical background to provide expert support to customers and users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute instructional programs to maximize user independence in system operation and function selection.
  • Customize systems to meet specific user needs in collaboration with project management and account management.
  • Oversee trial installations to gather information for evaluation and demonstrations.
  • Monitor system usage and resolve operational issues or adapt the system to changing user needs.
  • Participate in the development of new functionality or improved system settings.
  • Maintain close contact with the product group to enhance application knowledge and stay informed about new developments.
  • Assist in sales by providing advice to account management and customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the cardiovascular area.
  • Experienced knowledge of all cardiovascular procedures.
  • Analytical skills and experience in interpreting application results.
  • Professional knowledge of the total application area from an operational standpoint.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Desirable clinical experience.
  • Ability to organize special training sessions.
  • Good knowledge of system architecture and used technology.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
  • Clean driving license.
  • Willingness to travel.
