Job Description:

Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career in the aeronautical sector? Airbus is offering a unique opportunity to join our Graduate Programme in Spain, with over 40 vacancies available for full-time positions. The programme is designed for individuals interested in developing their professional skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.

The Graduate Programme consists of a Master's degree in a relevant field, combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree. This will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a real-world setting.

As a Project Manager in the Facility Management team, you will be responsible for achieving project objectives, managing project teams, and ensuring effective integration of lessons learned. You will also be required to manage partners and suppliers, and ensure active risk and opportunity management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering, and advanced level of English (C1 level). You will also need to be fluent in Spanish and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) to customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
  • Define, implement and drive a project team/organization all along the project phases, including people coming from other functions (matrix organizations).
  • Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt.
  • Ensure active risk and opportunity and contract (internal or external) management.
  • Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Master Degree in Architecture or Engineering
  • Advanced level of English (C1 level)
  • Fluent level of Spanish
  • Proactive person, organized structured
  • Interest in developing project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, learning orientation and proactive attitude
