Join QlikTech as a Global Marketing Tech Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Tech Operations Manager to join our team at QlikTech. As a key contributor to our lead management process and tech stack, you will be responsible for the governance and management of multiple business processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own vendor relationship for regular business reviews and product roadmap updates
  • Maintain existing and project manage future integrations of On24 and other event platforms with other technologies
  • Own relationship with stakeholders to identify areas of optimizations to expand usage and drive adoption of webinar/event tools
  • Set up and manage users, user permissions, and roles across technologies
  • Own and maintain best practice process documentations and other resources for enablement and adoption
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define webinar/event goals and objectives
  • Develop and communicate usage and performance metrics to stakeholders
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving future webinars/events based on data analysis
  • Support the builds of webinars/events on On24 and other relevant event platforms
Requirements:
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize, work independently within a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently, but works well as part of a larger group
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience training users on usage of technologies and generating documentation for process flows
  • Ability to work cross-functionally between teams (IT, marketing, sales, marketing operations)
  • Proven experience managing webinars and other event platforms
  • Strong knowledge of webinar/events platforms (On24 and similar)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
  • Good working knowledge of lead management, inbound, and outbound processes
