Job Responsibilities

**Data Analyst - Web Behavior**

Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting user behavior data from web applications. Provides information that drives the optimization of web/app performance, user experience, and results.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collect and manage data: Implement and administer web analysis tools (e.g., Matomo, Google Analytics) to track user interactions.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain control panels and automated reports.

**Data Analysis**

Analyze user behavior data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.

Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to evaluate the impact of changes on the web application.

Conduct funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and user segmentation to understand different user behaviors.

**Reports and Insights**

Prepare detailed reports and visualizations to present findings.

Provide practical recommendations to improve user experience, conversion rates, and overall web application performance.

Collaborate with PO, designers, and developers to implement data-driven changes.

**Strategy and Optimization**

Develop and refine KPIs to measure the success of web application initiatives.

Monitor and report on the performance of implemented changes.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web analysis and user behavior analysis.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, marketing, or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of experience in web analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in web analysis tools (e.g., Matomo, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with web front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
