**About the Role**

As a Site Train System Manager at Empresa Reconocida, you will play a crucial role in leading our team to achieve a low-carbon future. We are a leading company in the transportation industry, developing and marketing mobility solutions that provide sustainable foundations for the future of transportation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the Train System activities in accordance with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments on allocated projects/programs.
  • Ensure the deployment of our Quality Management System (QMS) and corresponding Engineering instructions on the site.
  • Lead and develop the Train System Team on site.
  • Manage the Train System Metier on site.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Train System Metier in collaboration with the Central Engineering Team.

**Accountabilities**

  • Implement an organization to ensure the proper management of Train System activities for tenders/projects/programs under the site's responsibility.
  • Ensure the proper follow-up of QCD Train System Workpackages for the site.
  • Support the Train System team in resolving issues, particularly those involving other stakeholders (internal or external), and define priorities.
  • Ensure design reviews are prepared and documented according to project/program schedules and follow up on main open actions.
  • Manage the development of the site Train System team to ensure capacity, workload, and skills adequacy, with the support of the N+1.
  • Ensure adequate Train System resources are appointed to projects/programs/tenders allocated to the site.
  • Manage the forecast of site workload, based on hypotheses provided by the workload manager, and identify necessary resources to secure project QCD commitments.
  • Ensure Alstom Transport/Engineering rules and processes are understood and applied.
  • Report on the progress of site Train System activities and alert the N+1 in case of issues potentially impacting QCD commitment achievement.
  • Be a proactive contributor to the improvement of the Train System Metier rules in collaboration with the Central Engineering team.
  • Contribute to the Central Engineering Train System network.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in Train engineering.
  • Experience of 5+ years team management.
  • Good Communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Focus/Management skills.
