About the Role:

The Senior Manager of Product Development will oversee the successful development, launch, and sustaining of all Fire TV programs in the EU region. This role is responsible for managing programs with cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage programs with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, marketers, and customer service leads.
  • Build and maintain processes to ensure the successful development, launch, and sustaining of Fire TV programs.
  • Coordinate release schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to market.
  • Work closely with external partners, including device manufacturers, brands, and retailers.

About the Team:

The Fire TV launch team manages the lifecycle of the Fire TV programs. We act as the voice of our programs, are the primary point of contact for product development and launch, and ensure the right level of communication up to VP level.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
  • Experience designing and developing robust and scalable software and services in multimedia areas.
  • Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
  • Experience working with overseas electronics manufacturing.
