Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in pre-sales activities for designated accounts, including solution design, estimation, planning, and assumptions. Communicate the client's vision, objectives, and expectations to the project team.
  • Delegate and oversee team assignments, managing schedules, leave, and absences throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project advancement to ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and budgetary constraints.
  • Facilitate change requests, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on any impacts to schedule and budget.
  • Provide project progress updates to clients and the Customer Success Manager (CSM). Conduct follow-up meetings and steering committees.
  • Notify operations management of potential project deviations. Develop communication and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee all project documentation, ensuring that deliverables meet established quality standards.
  • Conduct project demonstrations for clients.
  • Address and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
  • Foster client relationships and strive for customer satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Ensure project goals are achieved. Post-project, evaluate outcomes and identify both successful and unsuccessful elements.
  • Responsible for distributing customer satisfaction surveys related to the project.
  • Identify potential opportunities for Up & Cross-Selling within the account.
  • Lead team retrospectives to pinpoint areas for internal improvement.
  • Engage in the development, training, and mentorship of the assigned team, offering guidance to enhance their skills.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in Project Management roles.
  • At least 3 years involved in comprehensive CRM implementation processes.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies (SCRUM, Jira, etc.).
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
