Job Summary:

The Spa Receptionist at Boho Club is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and guests. As a key member of our spa team, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all guests, ensuring a positive and relaxing atmosphere
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist guests with questions regarding spa services and products, providing expert recommendations
  • Book appointments and manage the guest check-in process, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Assist with transitional cleaning of the spa and relaxation area as needed

Requirements:
