We are seeking a highly skilled ITSM Process Expert to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As an ITSM Process Expert, you will play a crucial role in enforcing the adoption of ITIL processes and supporting our organization in meeting its IT service management goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition, implementation, operation, and governance of ITSM procedures that align with ITIL best practices in a dynamic and agile environment.
- Support our organization in meeting ITSM-related Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in accordance with internal and external standards, processes, and policies.
Requirements
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience in ITIL processes adoption (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, and Service Management) and tools (ServiceNow).
- Excellent problem-solving and customer-oriented skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience in reporting to senior management using Office 365 and Power BI.
- Ability to interact with local and international third parties, vendors, and providers.
- Proactive and self-autonomous attitude.
- Accurate and analytical professional with a focus on excellence.
- Experience in highly regulated environments and audit response.
- Teamwork promoter with experience working in remote and hybrid environments.
