Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Business Process Optimization Specialist to join our Manufacturing Business Processes team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving and supporting Business Excellence activities to continuously improve business performance in the defined area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Business Excellence: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance business performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Support Analysis and Improvement: Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop recommendations for improvement.
  3. Implement Business Excellence Approaches: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Business Excellence approaches, providing coaching and training as needed.
  4. Develop Methods and Tools: Contribute to the development of new methods and tools, serving as a subject matter expert and providing guidance to colleagues.
  5. Facilitate Best Practice Sharing: Identify and share best practices within the organization, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  6. Provide Transparency and Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of progress and status, contributing to effective communication and decision-making.
Requirements
  1. Passion for Renewable Energy: Demonstrate a strong passion for renewable energy and a commitment to leading the change.
  2. Administrative or Economics Background: Hold a degree in an administrative field or economics, or possess relevant work experience in process improvement.
  3. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Possess high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  4. Effective Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  5. English Language Proficiency: Possess high-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  6. Results-Oriented and Customer-Focused: Demonstrate a strong results-oriented and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
