About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to join our Data Centre team at Reconocida Empresa. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of Data Centre projects, working closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver Data Centre projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the Data Centre industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and manage budgets and resources.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
